What you can do during your internship
Of course, we will determine the exact composition of your internship together, but it will give you a rough idea of what the options are.
And what kind of person are we looking for?
Mindset is more important than what you can (now) do!
We are looking for motivated students who want to get the most out of their internship. Boys and girls who see their internship as an opportunity to learn from the best, rather than something they have to complete for school.
But since you will be working on real projects with us, it is important that you have good communication skills. We are also looking for people who are good at one or more of the following:
- Writing / blogging
- Podcasting / audio editing
- Video / vlogging / making tutorials
- Webdesign / Graphic design
- Analytics / data
- Development / Laravel / Mobile apps
- Sales / Customer support
- Developing, testing and implementing new features
- Advising on the safety of embedded systems
What we have to offer
You can work remotely, on location with team members or in your own bubble. We believe that you perform best when you can work in the way that suits you!
Team & cooperation
You will work in the Springcast core team. These are people who are employed by Springcast and form the hard core of the company. Besides that you'll work together with a remote team of specialists who usually work for Springcast on a project basis.
Workplace
At Springcast, you work remotely. Of course, we also meet at inspiring places in the Netherlands and you have the freedom to work on a terrace if it suits you... in terms of weather then 😉 or just work from home, because you can concentrate better there.
Work
Together we determine how we can best design your internship. We look at your personal learning goals, those of the school and match that with the Springcast goals and projects.
Internship fee
At Springcast we work with a fixed expense allowance. It won't make you rich, but an internship should not cost money. In consultation we look at what compensation suits the situation.
