Per podcast show. You choose a package for each podcast show you create. Each podcast show may have an unlimited number of episodes - and unlimited downloads too 🙂 

A podcast show is a serie of several episodes. 

Certainly. You can manage an unlimited number of podcast shows under your account. You can also see the shows you are added to as a user in the central podcast dashboard.

If in doubt, just start with the Essential subscription. You can always upgrade to a bigger package. Good for your ego too 😉 Downgrading is also possible if it turns out you were a bit too ambitious. We won't tell 😉

A user is someone who can log into Springcast with their own login details on the account. If you are co-hosting the podcast with someone, you will probably need 2 users. You could also (in the beginning) share a login... 🙊.

At the end of your trial period, you can choose your payment method from your account. You can pay by invoice (annual only), by SEPA direct debit or by credit card.

If you provide your payment details earlier than the expiry of your trial period, the first debit will not be made until your trial period is over.

No problem, you can easily import all episodes into the dashboard. 

Most definitely! We have a very strong hosting platform on which we handle the heaviest loads. Customised packages and arrangements are also possible. Please contact us for more information.
